Kotson IT is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Professional to help expand our staffing and IT services business across India and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, social media outreach, networking, and reference contacts.
- Generate and nurture leads for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
- Acquire new clients for both offshore and onsite staffing requirements in India and global markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage client accounts.
- Understand client hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to drive business growth and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
Required Skills
- Experience in business development, sales, staffing, recruitment, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and social media outreach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Good organizational and account management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the IT staffing or staff augmentation industry.
- Exposure to global markets and international business development is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of offshore and onsite staffing models.
- Experience working with clients across different geographies.
