Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Development: Further develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for expansion and new business within the current client base.
  • Client Interface Management: Handle all direct customer inquiries related to product performance, pricing, logistics, delivery, and contract formats. Maintain annual direct contact with all assigned accounts and prepare detailed call reports.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients across various levels, including researchers, lab technicians, process engineers, operations teams, maintenance managers, purchasing agents, and corporate executives.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trend data, competitive product information, and pricing insights to support sales strategy.
  • Territory Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to achieve defined annual sales and margin targets while actively acquiring new customers.
  • Strategic Product Input: Provide recommendations and propose updates to the product strategic business plan to support long-term growth and competitive positioning.
  • Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and price offers in line with customer requirements.
  • Customer Database Management: Build, update, and maintain accurate contact files with all relevant client details, roles, and key decision-makers.
  • Trade Show Representation: Represent the company and its product lines at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
