Business Development Process Industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying the areas of conversion to Stainless Steel/ Duplex Grades
• Knowhow about various metallurgies being used in process industry
• Techno commercial understanding of the process and comparisons of SS vs competition.
• Conducting primary & secondary research of Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Speciality chemicals, Biofuels.
• Work closely with End users, Consultants, Contractors, Process Licensors etc. for new applications/business opportunities.
• Identifying the new business opportunities to create new markets for stainless steel and to work closely with QA, R&D & other stakeholders.
• Market development actives in identified industry segment and penetration of products via new application/product development.
• Conferences, Seminars & Client Presentations.

Deliverables:

• Conversion to Stainless steel
• Replication of Prototype (Inclusion in tender specifications with key stakeholders)
• Enhance usage of Speciality Stainless steel Grades in Process Industries and conversion from Competition to JSL

Domain Expertise:

• B.Tech in Chemical / Metallurgy
• Knowledge of Designing (ASME/ EN Codes) will be added advantage
• Knowledge of Chemicals & Petrochemical industry would be added advantage
