South Artists Network is a leading Celebrity and Influencer management agency, specializing in executing comprehensive brand campaigns across social media platforms. We also produce high-quality TVCs, DVCs, and manage movie marketing initiatives. Our diverse talent pool includes over 50 actors, musicians, dancers, and entertainment influencers from all five southern states, making us a go-to partner for connecting brands with iconic personalities.

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships professional who will drive brand collaborations and revenue growth for our influencer marketing and talent management vertical.

If you love pitching ideas, building relationships with brands, and closing partnerships, this role is for you. You'll work closely with our talent managers, creators, and campaign teams to turn brand opportunities into successful influencer campaigns.

What You'll Do

Drive Brand Partnerships

- Identify and connect with brands looking to work with influencers and creators.

- Build relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies, and media planners.

- Create long-term partnerships with brands for influencer-led campaigns.

Sell Talent & Creator Collaborations

- Pitch our influencer and celebrity talent roster to brands.

- Secure brand deals, endorsements, and digital collaborations for creators.

- Develop partnership ideas that align brand goals with creator storytelling.

Own the Sales Pipeline

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand opportunities.

- Lead conversations, present proposals, and close deals.

- Achieve revenue targets through influencer campaigns and partnerships.

Pitch Campaign Ideas

- Create influencer marketing proposals and campaign concepts.

- Present creative collaboration ideas that brands want to invest in.

- Stay on top of social media trends and creator economy insights.

Work with Internal Teams

- Collaborate with talent managers to match brands with the right creators.

- Work with campaign teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.

Who We're Looking For

- 1 to 3 years experience in business development, partnerships, or influencer marketing sales.

- Strong relationships with brands, agencies, or marketing teams.

- Someone comfortable pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

- Good understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and excited about the creator economy.
