Role: Business Development Partner

Location: Remote | Pan India

Compensation: 100% Performance-Based (Commission Only)

Role Overview

We are looking for independent sales representatives, counselors, campus connectors, corporate relationship managers, freelancers, and business development professionals who can generate paying customers for our MBA admissions consulting services.

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for people who are confident in their ability to build relationships and close business.

You will help us connect with:
Working professionals aspiring for global MBAs
Corporate employees seeking executive MBA guidance
Colleges and educational institutions
Coaching centers and study abroad ecosystems
Alumni communities and student groups
HR/L&D teams in companies
CAT/GMAT/GRE prep communities

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Partnerships
Identify potential MBA applicants and decision-makers
Build relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, student clubs, and corporates
Generate qualified leads interested in MBA admissions consulting

Sales & Conversion Support
Introduce prospects to Top100MBA.Club services
Coordinate discovery calls between prospects and our team
Follow up with leads and help move them through the sales process

Institutional Outreach
Explore partnerships with:
Engineering colleges
MBA entrance prep institutes
Universities
Corporate HR/L&D departments
Professional communities

Market Expansion
Help grow our presence in your city/region
Build referral networks and long-term lead pipelines

Commission Structure
Earn 10% commission on revenue generated from customers brought by you
No cap on earnings
Higher earnings possible for strong performers and institutional tie-ups

Example
If your referrals generate ₹5,00,000 in revenue:
Your commission = ₹50,000

Ability to work independently

Experience in education sales, consulting, or B2B outreach
