Role Description
The Business Development Partner will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the creative and media industries. Responsibilities will include generating and managing leads, developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project execution with clients. As part of the role, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to help align creative offerings with market demands. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Prayagraj, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leadership Development and providing effective team Training to drive growth and performance.
- Experience in Project Management and Consulting to manage client relationships and ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and secure business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Understanding of the media, branding, and creative production industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
