Role Description The Business Development Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for driving growth opportunities and building long-term client relationships for EthicsComputer. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business prospects, conducting discovery meetings, and presenting tailored technology and digital solutions that address client needs. The Business Development Partner collaborates closely with internal teams to develop proposals, manage pipelines, track sales performance, and ensure a smooth handover from prospecting to project delivery. Daily activities include networking, attending client meetings, following up on leads, preparing sales materials, and contributing to go-to-market strategies. The role also involves gathering market insights, supporting partnership initiatives, and representing EthicsComputer's values of innovation, integrity, and customer success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in technology or related industries.
- Strong Consulting and client advisory skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and propose suitable digital and software solutions.
- Background in Leadership Development and Training, with the ability to guide clients and internal stakeholders through change, adoption, and growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables related to client engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Rohtak, with strong time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Familiarity with software development, digital marketing, or cloud and enterprise solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
