Business Development Partner - Commission Based

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales professional from the Interior Design industry who can bring new clients and projects to our firm.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an interior design firm and have a strong network or proven ability to generate business.

Key responsibilities:

* Generate and bring new interior design projects and clients.

* Identify business opportunities through your existing network, referrals, outreach, and other channels.

* Build relationships with potential clients and convert opportunities into projects.

* Coordinate with our team to take qualified leads forward.

Compensation: Commission-based. Earnings will be linked to the business successfully generated.

Qualifications

* Prior sales/business development experience in an interior design firm.

* Existing network of clients, architects, builders, developers, property owners, or other relevant contacts is a plus.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Proven ability to generate and convert leads into business.
