Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development & Outreach Lead who will own and anchor our outbound growth efforts. This person will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing B2B outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email & other methods, while also helping us create systems, SOPs, and an outreach team over time. This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email to generate qualified leads consistently.
- Manage outreach tools and processes across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, ensuring timely and structured follow-ups.
- Identify and reach out to international creators, YouTubers, and companies across domestic and Western markets (US, UK, EU, Australia)
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track lead stages, and ensure a clean and well-organized sales pipeline.
- Monitor outreach performance, analyze response data, and continuously optimize messaging and sequences.
- Nurture warm leads, qualify them effectively, and hand over sales-ready leads for closing conversations.
- Create outreach SOPs, document best practices, and support training of junior BD or outreach team members over time.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B outreach, lead generation or business development roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email-based outbound campaigns.
- Working knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools, with the ability to manage and track lead pipelines.
- Understanding of international markets, particularly Western clients (US, UK, EU, Australia).
- Experience working with or selling creative services, marketing, video or agency-led offerings is a bonus.
- Familiarity with agency environments and fast-moving, client-facing workflows.
- Structured and clear thinker who can turn ambiguous ideas into executable plans.
- Good written English and Communication skills.
- Self-driven and execution-focused, comfortable owning outcomes end to end.
