Job Description

WPOven is a profitable SaaS product by Baseapp Systems, a high-performance Managed WordPress Infrastructure provider for digital agencies globally. We eliminate arbitrary visit limits and sell dedicated cloud capacity instead. We are a lean team building our outbound engine from zero.

You will not handle inbound queries or manage social media. Your sole focus is hunting—finding global agencies, identifying their hosting pain points, and aggressively building a pipeline. If you want to master high-ticket B2B sales, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Find and profile target agencies via LinkedIn.
  • Outreach: Run high-volume cold email & LinkedIn sequences.
  • Sifting: Pitch prospects using our ROI Savings Calculator / Other Tools.
  • Tracking: Maintain a disciplined daily metrics report.

Duration & Fixed Compensation

Duration: 3-Month Probationary Internship

Stipend: ₹20,000/month (Fixed) + Performance cash incentives.

PPO: Top performers transition to a full-time role at ₹40,000/month + Incentives.
