Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations and driving business growth. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, creating budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals.
Experience: 7+ Years
Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Multi-tasking
Must be a good team player
Must have proven experience of Managing the Business Development Team. This will include evaluating their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with upper management. We will also confirm the reporting structure, understanding to whom they will be reporting.
Must have experience in defining the team targets and they must have proven experience of achieving the targets as well
Must have proven experience of actively participating in the design of sales strategies and forecasting.
Must have proven experience of Managing a total team management experience of over 10 team members.
Flexible in time manage international leads
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Providing management with reports and feedback
A strategy focused on Business Development activities
Build long-term relationships with new customers
Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets
