Position: Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Sector 68, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Experience: 1-5 Years

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr & Freelancer

Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience in lead generation & prospecting

Confident in cold calling and client communication

Strong sales & negotiation skills

Experience in IT Services / IT Staffing / B2B Sales will be an advantage

A proactive, target-driven and go-getter attitude

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and generate new business opportunities

Manage and grow business through freelance platforms

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling and other channels

Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements

Prepare proposals and negotiate with potential clients

Convert prospects into new clients

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets
