Responsibilities
- Drive sales by collaborating with small to medium-sized business owners.
- Generate new leads through cold calls.
- Conduct needs analysis and offer digital solutions via direct/web demos.
- Close sales, prepare proposals, contracts, and production forms.
- Manage client accounts and keep CRM data updated.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with high integrity.
- Ability to present digital services accurately by phone or web meeting.
- 1-3 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
