Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Experience working with UCV or similar software is an advantage.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business problems.
