Business Development Officer

Responsible for driving project-based sales within the interior design and commercial office segment by identifying under-construction projects, engaging key decision-makers, managing field activities, and achieving assigned sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track under-construction commercial office projects through area-wise site scanning and regular field visits.
• Collect detailed project information including architects, interior contractors, project managers, site in-charges, and key decision-makers along with their contact details.
• Plan and schedule appointments through emails and phone calls with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders for product presentations.
• Promote and demonstrate company products to decision-makers to ensure product specification and usage in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely debtor collection as per company guidelines.
• Remain on the field throughout the day after completing basic office reporting and sample collection activities.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports in Excel and submit updates to the reporting authority at the end of each day.
• Ensure familiarity with local city routes and manage daily travel efficiently using a two-wheeler.
