ready prototype and are preparing to launch
pilot programs in hospitals and wellness centers, backed by technology, analytics, and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As a
Business Development Expert, you will drive
strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue opportunities for NPPD Care across the wellness and healthcare sectors.
You will help shape the go-to-market strategy, identify growth channels, and establish strong collaborations with hospitals, corporates, and other ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, wellness centers, and corporate partners for NPPD Care's pilot programs.
- Design and execute business development and revenue strategies aligned with company goals and wellness services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, healthcare administrators, and corporate HR teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnerships with pilot execution and brand growth.
- Support investor outreach and strategic funding discussions through data, presentations, and traction updates.
- Develop business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership models for B2B and institutional clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in business development, healthcare management, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in an early-stage setup.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on scalable and sustainable business growth.
