Job Title: Business Development Officer
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and brand visibility in the Home Painting business. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Demand Generators, Business Development Officers, and Customer Service Managers to foster demand, increase secondary sales, and improve brand presence. This role requires a proactive leader with a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of Demand Generators, Business Development Officers, and Customer Service Managers to achieve targets in demand generation, brand promotion, and customer service.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand at the painter, contractor, and customer levels to support secondary sales growth. Build and maintain strong networks of painters and contractors who actively promote the brand.
- Brand Promotion: Develop and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) promotional strategies, including display drives and brand activations, to increase brand visibility. Ensure product displays and point-of-purchase (POP) materials are strategically placed at various retail counters.
- Scheme Development: Design and manage incentive schemes for painters and contractors, tracking their effectiveness and ensuring successful redemption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead events such as painter, contractor, builder, and dealer meetups to strengthen relationships and gather valuable feedback.
- Business Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious targets for the Home Painting business, analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to drive continuous growth.

Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: MBA with 2yrs to 5 years of experience in secondary sales within industries such as Paints, Building Materials, Tiles, Glass, Hardware Fittings, Cement, Sanitary Ware, or Steel.
