Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Puruliya for the role of Business Development Officer. The responsibility entails identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing customer acquisition processes. The role also involves conducting financial analyses, providing customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and meeting sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and the ability to identify and build relationships with potential clients
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and assess financial data
- Familiarity with Finance and related concepts, including loans, investments, and financial products
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and ensure a positive experience
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with an ability to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a financial services role is preferred
