We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Officer to grow our market presence and strengthen business relationships across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience and a deep understanding of tyre or industrial product markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Present products, proposals, and business solutions to clients effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation
- Ensure effective use of ERP/CRM tools for tracking and reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience (tyre/industrial products preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, target-driven, and strategic in approach
- Good market and competitor knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools
- Experience in dealer and distributor management
- Fluency in English and Hindi
