Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Officer to grow our market presence and strengthen business relationships across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience and a deep understanding of tyre or industrial product markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Present products, proposals, and business solutions to clients effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure effective use of ERP/CRM tools for tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience (tyre/industrial products preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused, target-driven, and strategic in approach
  • Good market and competitor knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools
  • Experience in dealer and distributor management
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
