We Are Hiring – Business Development Officer

Position: Business Development Officer

Industry: Civil Management Consultancy

Location: Nagpur

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in BE-Civil/Mech. (BE with MBA Marketing is added advantage)

Experience: 2–10 Years in Business Development (Preferably from Construction/PMC/Manufacturing/EPC Background)

Salary - No bar for right candidate

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (Govt./Private clients)
• Coordinate with clients for project requirements and follow-ups
• Prepare business proposals and presentations
• Support company growth through strategic planning and market research
• Achieve sales and business targets

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of the civil/construction industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
