BBS & Co. is seeking a full-time Business Development Officer to join our on-site team at our Rajkot office. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating strategic development plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. The role demands proactive engagement with stakeholders to help expand the firm's network and capabilities.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and the ability to identify and secure growth opportunities.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, client requirements, and business strategies.
• Knowledge of Finance and Business Consulting domains, including familiarity with services like Taxation, Auditing, and Corporate Structuring.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous.
