Job Description
Highly motivated and experienced BD professional
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the quartz or ceramic industry or any other related industry and be able to build relationships with customers and partners. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our quartz stone products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building materials, stone, or interior products industry and a strong network of architects, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, distributors, and developers. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach
Experience in handling projects and business development through Interior Designers & Architects (IDA)
Responsible for driving business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence
Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits, generating secondary sales and business, conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities
Managing samples and displays across the sales network
Coordination with factory, and office for payments, supplies, etc.
Track and report on sales performance
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales of quartz stone products.
Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, dealers, fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and interior design industries.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Generate leads through market research, networking, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Maters degree in business or a related field 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the quartz or ceramic industry
Strong understanding of the sales process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
