About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion of KUKA's Medical Robotics business in India. The role focuses on market research, lead identification, and opportunity development within the Indian healthcare and MedTech ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our global KUKA Medical team and coordinate with cross-functional groups such as sales, marketing, product management, and service teams.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of robotic technologies that are transforming the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian medical robotics market.
  • Research and analyse emerging trends and potential segments for KUKA's medical robotic solutions.
  • Engage with MedTech manufacturers, hospitals, research institutes, and integrators to understand needs and explore collaboration.
  • Prepare insights, reports, and market analyses and present them to global KUKA Medical teams.
  • Coordinate with service, marketing, and product management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings.
  • Manage leads, follow-up actions, and maintain structured opportunity tracking.
  • Close cooperation and communication with the cross functions as, marketing department, sales and other involved departments

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Medical or related disciplines.
  • Technical background in robotics, engineering, or automation preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Indian medical/healthcare market (Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, ENT/ORL, MedTech).
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and associated stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for advanced robotics and medical innovation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and events.
  • Need to have own transportation for Local travels
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts.
