Business Development & Marketing Associate | Zerobro | Mumbai

Zerobro is building a buyer-first platform for premium under-construction homes. We are looking for an MBA/PGDM graduate with a marketing specialisation who wants to help build and grow a business.

You will work closely with the founders across marketing, customer acquisition and new micro-market development. This is a hands-on role involving both office work and visits across Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Help research, build and launch new micro-markets
• Plan and execute digital and on-ground marketing campaigns
• Meet developers and learn about their projects and the real-estate market
• Develop and test ideas for customer acquisition
• Analyse leads, buyer behaviour and campaign performance
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution

What we're looking for

• MBA/PGDM with marketing as a major or specialisation
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Comfort working in the office and travelling for field visits
• Interest in startups, real estate, technology and business growth

Location: Mumbai
