About hScore

hScore builds simpl, an investment analytics platform that helps financial advisors understand and improve their clients portfolios.

Our proprietary hScores rate every holding across Return, Safety, and Income, helping advisors identify portfolio strengths and weaknesses, compare portfolios against benchmarks, and find better investment opportunities.

Our mission is to make informed advising simple.

We are a small, fast-moving team, and this role works directly with the founders. The person joining us will gain broad exposure to how a fintech company is built and will have meaningful ownership from day one.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and curious MBA graduate to support business development, client onboarding, and marketing.

You will help us identify and engage financial advisors and wealth-management clients, support them through onboarding, and contribute to building the hScore brand through content, social media, and industry events.

Responsibilities

Business Development

* Research and build prospect lists of financial advisors, wealth-management firms, and broker-dealers

* Support outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls

* Schedule meetings for the founders

* Prepare pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, and proposals

* Track leads and maintain the sales pipeline in our CRM

* Report business development progress to the founders

Client Onboarding and Success

* Coordinate onboarding for new clients

* Support account setup, portfolio uploads, and training sessions

* Create and maintain onboarding guides, FAQs, and help content

* Collect client feedback and share relevant insights with the product team

Marketing and Social Media

* Plan and manage hScore's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn

* Write and coordinate posts, blogs, newsletters, and product updates

* Track engagement and campaign performance

* Recommend improvements based on performance data

Conferences and Events

* Research relevant industry conferences and events

* Help evaluate where hScore should participate

* Manage registrations, booth materials, collateral, and scheduling

* Prepare demo materials

* Follow up with leads after events

Additional Responsibilities

* Conduct market and competitor research

* Support the founders on special projects as the business grows

What We're Looking For

Must Have

* MBA in Marketing, Finance, or a related specialization

* 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Ability to communicate professionally with clients in the U.S. and other international markets

* Strong organizational skills and follow-through

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

* Proficiency with PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel or Google Sheets, and social media platforms

* A proactive and self-starting mindset suited to a startup environment

Nice to Have

* Interest in financial markets, investing, wealth management, or fintech

* Internship or work experience in B2B sales, marketing, client relations, or a startup

* Familiarity with CRM tools

* Experience creating professional content for LinkedIn or similar platforms

* Willingness to occasionally work hours that overlap with U.S. time zones
