About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead revenue growth for TrustHQ—an AI-powered fintech platform enabling businesses to build trust through automated compliance, risk visibility, and credibility scoring.
The role requires driving enterprise sales, building scalable GTM strategies, and working closely with product and leadership teams.
TrustHQ helps organizations streamline compliance workflows, reduce risk, and improve transparency across the lending ecosystem—including NBFCs, fintech lenders, and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks..
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales strategy and execution (pipeline closure expansion)
- Lead enterprise sales conversations, pitching TrustHQ to:
- NBFCs
- Banks
- Fintech lenders
- MSME ecosystems
- DSA networks (Direct Selling Agents)
- Build and scale high-performing sales teams (hiring, training, performance management)
- Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across target segments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Establish strategic partnerships within:
- Lending ecosystem
- NBFC networks
- DSA ecosystems
- Drive revenue growth, forecasting, and sales analytics
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and investor discussions
What You'll Be Selling (TrustHQ Value Proposition)
- AI-powered credibility and trust scoring for businesses (especially MSMEs)
- Automated compliance, risk, and governance workflows
- Solutions tailored for:
- NBFCs and lenders to reduce default risk
- DSA ecosystems to ensure lead quality and prevent fraud
- Seamless integrations with tools like CRM, collaboration platforms, and enterprise systems
- Faster deal closures through trust assurance and transparency frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B fintech / SaaS sales
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and revenue leadership roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Lending lifecycle
- NBFC operations
- DSA (Direct Selling Agent) ecosystem and challenges
- Experience selling to:
- NBFCs
- Banks
- Fintech startups
- Lending platforms
- Ability to pitch complex tech products in a simple, business-focused way
- Strong network within the fintech or startup ecosystem
- Experience building GTM strategy from 01 or scaling stage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI-driven or data products
- Prior exposure to compliance, KYC, risk scoring, or trust infrastructure products
- Startup experience (0–1 or growth stage)
