Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting business development activities. This role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience who is passionate about achieving targets and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and client negotiations remotely
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign and lead support
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and track sales performance
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate remotely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
- Experience with lead generation and client handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset
- Ability to work remotely with dedicated working hours
