We provide end-to-end event solutions from concept to execution, combining creative event strategy with strong in-house production capabilities. Having worked with leading organizations such as Wipro, SAP, Infosys, Aditya Birla Group, and many more, Zzeeh has built a strong reputation for delivering seamless, high-quality, and memorable brand experiences across India and international destinations.

Role Description

We are looking for a focused and result-driven Business Development Manager to join Zzeeh Productions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, developing strategic partnerships, and helping the company expand its client base. This role requires someone who is proactive, confident in communication, and capable of understanding client requirements to create meaningful business opportunities for the company.

The candidate should be able to think strategically, plan effectively, and execute business development initiatives that lead to revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, agencies, vendors, and business partners.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to create suitable proposals and event solutions.
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and support company expansion.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships for repeat business.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with corporates, venues, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with sales, creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth client handover and project success.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming corporate event opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Event Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, client servicing, or a related role.
  • Prior experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, hospitality, advertising, or media will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and business development strategies.
  • Focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to think critically, plan effectively, and execute strategies successfully.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good coordination skills and ability to work with internal teams.
