The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Role and responsibilities
Liaise with Alumni Associations of Premier Institutes like IITs/IIMs/ISBs and build bridges with these associations for their alumni insurance program
Build a good clientele in Premier channel
Client and / or Market facing duties including attending face to face and virtual meetings
Manage relationships with internal colleagues and external clients and insurance contacts
Be ambitious and have ownership of your own career prospects
Prerequisites
Minimum 3-6 years of Business Development experience.
Should have B2B experience, first of its kind product.
Open to travel within or outside the City.
Excellent and articulate communication skills written and verbal.
Growth mindset and ability to manage priorities
Should have experience working in a fast paced and agile environment
