Business Development Manager

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite)

1. Strategize, ensure, and implement a robust sales pipeline for the assigned product(s) (one or two products, as per business requirements).
2. Measure the daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to meet the organization's expectations.
3. Conduct daily team huddles to brief and motivate the team on both team and individual targets.
4. Own the overall training and quality of the sales team. Provide training interventions and feedback in coordination with the Product team.
5. Monitor self-performance at all times while contributing to the overall team performance by tracking key metrics such as conversion rate, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
6. Analyze customer behavior, market demands, and competitor activities, and share actionable feedback with the Marketing team from time to time in consultation with senior members of the Sales team.
7. Provide timely reports on critical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
