  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and contribute to overall company growth. This role involves frequent field visits for client meetings, presentations, and building strong business relationships. Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in local and regional markets
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to pitch digital marketing services, eCommerce solutions, and branding offerings
  • Sales & Negotiation
  • Present proposals, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze industry trends, client requirements, and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine sales approaches and service offerings
  • Reporting & Follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM tools or internal systems
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to the leadership team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Client Servicing (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with field visits and direct client interactions
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Web Development, Paid Ads, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English and Hindi preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
