Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role includes analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, conducting presentations, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership goals. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic Thinking, Planning, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with market research tools
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in architecture or planning-related industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
