Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jabalpur. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and analyze market trends. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with project management practices
  • Capability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the wellness or tourism industry is a plus
