Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships and expanding the company's
real estate portfolio. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills
and the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals in residential, commercial or mixed-use
developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, land acquisitions, joint ventures
and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth
objectives.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential projects and investment
opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, investors, government
authorities and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for land deals, development agreements, MOUs and joint venture
contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project development)
to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, financial models and deal documentation for
management approval.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes impacting real estate
development.
- Achieve assigned revenue, acquisition and partnership targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and client meetings.
