Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and creating strategies to meet revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, managing negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The role requires effective communication and a results-driven approach.

Experience: 3 to 7 years

• Proficiency in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and delivering impactful business proposals
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Experience in handling a target-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR services is advantageous
