Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Gandhidham. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and sales execution. Responsibilities include crafting proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding WWL's customer base and strengthening our market presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, business development, and account management strategies
• Strong skills in market research, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or a related industry preferred
• Ability to travel for business purposes, if needed
