We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on US IT accounts to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and account management, with a proven ability to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT sector.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
