Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business cases
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth efforts
• Track performance metrics and report results to management

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting

Experience

• 37 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Proven track record of achieving revenue or growth targets
• Industry experience is an advantage

Work Environment

• Combination of independent work and cross-team collaboration
• May require client meetings and occasional travel
