Job Role

• Generate and qualify leads through varies platforms like job boards LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT / Non -IT solutions and services.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client hiring needs and present appropriate recruitment solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Work on reactivations the client and generating highest revenue.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
