We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for WelHire — prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close enterprise deals across India and the Middle East. You'll be armed with the best sales methodologies in the world and the freedom to apply them as a craftsman, not a script-reader.
Principal Accountabilities
Build and maintain a comprehensive target account list focusing on enterprises with 500 employees across India and the Middle EastbrExecute a multichannel outbound strategy utilizing email LinkedIn phone calls conferences and referrals with a disciplined approach to prospectingbrPersonalize every interaction to secure followup conversations avoiding generic outreach methodsbrEnsure a consistent pipeline coverage of three times the quota to meet sales targetsbrConduct SPINstyle discovery sessions to uncover latent client pain points and needsbrApply the MEDDPICC framework rigorously to understand client metrics economic buyers decision criteria and processesbrLead with insightful Challengerstyle sales techniques to educate buyers on innovative hiring solutionsbrDevelop multithreaded relationships with key stakeholders such as CHROs TA Heads Finance and ProcurementbrCustomize every product demonstration to address specific client pain points and align with their talent acquisition maturity stagebrCollaborate with Product CTO or Founders for technical or strategic discussions as neededbrCraft commercial proposals that emphasize value over discounts ensuring competitive advantagebrNavigate procurement legal and InfoSec processes with Mutual Action Plans to maintain accountabilitybrMaintain disciplined HubSpot pipeline management ensuring all deals are current and accurately stagedbrAchieve weekly forecast accuracy within 10 emphasizing predictability and precisionbrConduct winloss analysis on every closed deal providing valuable insights to Product and Marketing teams
