Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Handle inbound leads and inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Present tailored solutions and proposals
- Manage the complete sales pipeline
- Close deals and achieve revenue targets
Outbound & Opportunity Generation
- Generate opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and targeted outbound prospecting
- Identify and approach high-potential businesses
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs, business owners, and decision-makers
- Develop and nurture long-term business relationships
- Create new business opportunities beyond inbound leads
Client Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Convert project-based clients into long-term retainers where appropriate
- Maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition
Must Have
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- 2+ years of agency experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations
- Confidence speaking with founders, business owners, CEOs, and senior decision-makers
- Strong listening, questioning, and discovery skills
- Self-driven and highly accountable
- Ability to manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
- Professional presentation and business communication skills
- Ability to confidently conduct virtual meetings and presentations
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Preferred
- Experience in agency sales
- Experience selling digital marketing services
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, marketing, branding, or technology solutions
- LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospecting experience
- Understanding of websites, lead generation, performance marketing, or CRM systems
