Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Siliguri. The role involves identifying and developing strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will establish and nurture client relationships, generate new leads, and prepare proposals. Responsibilities also include market research, analyzing trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Additionally, the role requires monitoring industry developments to ensure WealthRight's offerings remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and creating strategies for revenue growth
  • Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios
  • Negotiation, Contract Management, and Proposal Preparation skills
  • Strong understanding of financial services, industry trends, and market dynamics
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Siliguri and collaborate with internal teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales software is an advance.
