About the Role

Key Accountabilities: GTM (Go To Market) New Offering: Identification of New vehicle segments to drive sales. Identification of New Domains / Services / Offering targeting New Vehicle segments and customer portfolio. Defining and executing the GTM for new Domains and vehicle segments. Engage and develop joint offering and GTM customer proposition development for New Domains and Vehicle segments. Develop and deliver proactive propositions and Winning proposals to ensure business wins and sector and domain penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Presales for New Offering: Working directly with clients / prospects to understand their business strategy, program requirements and providing high quality offering to develop long lasting business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence.
  • Presenting and engaging closely with prospects / customers during events, bid meetings and conferences.
  • Create presentations in various formats, visible on desktop and mobile, that move from standard slide by slide walkthroughs to compelling stories even on the most seemingly mundane topics.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues, both locally and remote.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and key stakeholders across the organization, both inside and outside.
  • Solution Engineering for New Offering: Accelerate new and attractive concepts into the sales-ready product portfolio by creating compelling and differentiated product & services propositions by incorporating agreed upon SB Lab ready solutions.
  • Influence global offering strategies through strategy reviews, technology capability assessment, innovation screening, price/cost curves.
  • Cross Divisional planning and prioritization (with Domain, Business and Sales team) of product and aligned services and product portfolio.
  • Think beyond the technology itself and understand key business drivers that ensure technology investment will provide substantial value or improvements to customers.
  • Identify Go-To-Market strategies and effective sales product / services pitches in close collaboration with product marketing and sales.

Qualifications

  • 6 +years experience of Engineering experience with 2+ years of in-depth strategy or presales or product management experience in Automotive SW & Services for Automotive OEM / Tier 1 / Semiconductor provider.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with MBA (preferred).

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of automotive technologies and industry trends, adjacent technologies affecting Automotive evolution.
  • Strong experience and working engagement with Automotive ecosystem providers like Tier 1s, Semiconductor companies, Hyperscalers, Service Providers, Apps and Toolset providers.
  • Knowledge of business case development and basic financial metrics.
  • Experience working in a matrix, global organization by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Results and detail-oriented: hold him/herself and others accountable for commitments.
  • Expert communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others.
  • Intellectual and curious with a passion for storytelling.
  • Basic Project Management skills and ability to perform under tight timelines.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing & executing GTM strategy for EVs, Automotive Tier 1, Fleet providers.
  • Experience in developing & executing GTM strategy for ADAS and Battery technology.

Pay range and compensation package
