Qualifications
Btech/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the Water Sector.
In-depth understanding of the Water Industry, including market dynamics, emerging technologies, regulatory standards, and key players.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and achieve business targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales and client management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within Water sector.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the water industry.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry players, suppliers, and service providers to enhance our offerings and market presence.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the water sector.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for market expansion and diversification within the water sector, including new regions and segments.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while mitigating risks associated with business operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
