Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
  • Execute outbound strategies such as LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and platforms like Upwork, etc.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with suitable technology solutions
  • Acquire clients for IT services including web, mobile, backend, and AI development
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress regularly
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams for smooth project handover
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals effectively
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
  • Analyze sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
  • Proven track record of lead generation and successful deal closures
  • Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, Backend, AI)
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling/emailing, and online bidding platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle, including requirement gathering, proposal writing, negotiation, and closure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of client requirements
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-based environment

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BCA or equivalent)
