The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and building relationships for W Design Studio. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating growth strategies, and generating leads. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, managing proposals, and delivering presentations to potential clients. The primary goal is to expand market presence while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

• Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, market research, and relationship building
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations, as well as creating compelling proposals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and developing growth strategies
• Knowledge of the interior design and real estate industry is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve targets and work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
