Job Description

Profile- Business Development Manager

Location- Raipur

Salary- 40-45K

Availability- Full-time

VsnapU, a leading player in the photography industry, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Raipur. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for converting leads, generating revenue, managing a team, and evaluating performance. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and responsibilities:

-Take charge of converting leads into customers by effectively promoting our photography services and products.

-Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company -Lead and manage a team of sales executives.

-Regularly evaluate the performance of team members, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.

-Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.

-Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the floor, optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

-Experience in providing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to build rapport with customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
