We partner with agencies, startups, and businesses to create high-quality video content that drives engagement and delivers impact. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in video production, advertising, creative services, or media. The ideal candidate should have an established network of brands, agencies, startups, and corporate decision-makers, along with a proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.

The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire clients for TV commercials, ad films, corporate films, digital campaign videos, branded content, and other video production services offered by Unmatched Studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for video production services, including TV commercials, ad films, corporate films, branded content, and digital campaign videos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing leaders, agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Pitch creative solutions including TV commercials, ad films, digital campaign videos, brand videos, and corporate productions.
  • Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the advertising, video production, creative services, media, or production industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of advertising and video production services.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with advertising agencies, production houses, creative agencies, media companies, or related industries.
  • Existing network of brands, agencies, startups, and corporate clients.
  • Existing relationships with brand marketing teams, advertising agencies, creative agencies, and corporate communications teams will be highly preferred.
  • Experience selling creative, production, media, or advertising services.
  • Knowledge of TV commercials, ad films, digital campaign videos, branded content, and corporate communications.
