Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented SeniorSales Executive to support our sales team in lead generation and onboarding new clients for our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships and ensuring excellent customer onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new corporate and individual clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate travel, leisure travel and group travel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with prospective clients
  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
  • Train, motivate, and mentor sales team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 36 years of experience in sales, preferably in a travel agency or travel-related industry
  • Proven experience in new client onboarding and business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of travel products such as flights, hotels, visas and ground services
