+ Essential Job Functions
Strategic Sales Development: Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile
(ICP).
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to
proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Market Expansion: Acquire and grow enterprise accounts across India, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat,
KSA), and ideally the US market.
CXO-Level Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across client
organizations.
Contract & Commercial Leadership: Drive complex pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and master service
agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, recruitment, and technical teams to ensure
successful client outcomes.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and scale the Business Development team, providing mentorship, training, and
performance oversight.
Industry Representation: Represent ThoughtMinds at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
+ Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (BTech/MTech preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management in IT services,
technology or digital transformation domains.
Demonstrated ability to win and grow enterprise accounts and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Strong understanding of staff augmentation, Time & Material, and managed services business models.
Proven experience in leading or managing a Business Development team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM tools and experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
Sales experience in the US market.
Experience managing distributed or cross-border business development teams.
Exposure to or knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud, or LLM-based solutions is a strong advantage
